Facility Rules

USE OF THE FACILITY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK

LIFEGUARDS CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF INJURY

LIFEGUARDS AND STAFF MUST BE OBEYED AT ALL TIMES

​

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN BEING ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY

​

The list below are behaviors and items that are not allowed

​

  • Pushing

  • Dunking

  • Rough play

  • Extended breath holding

  • Running

  • Holding onto another person

  • Throwing sand

  • Pets

  • Alcohol/drugs

  • Hookahs

  • Glass containers

  • Profanity

  • Loud music and no use of car radios

  • Personal checks

  • Exiting without repaying entrance fee

  • Fishing

  • Drones

  • Unlicensed vehicles (scooters, children vehicles, etc.)

SWIMMING QUARRY

  • Must be 4 years old to enter the swimming quarry

  • Children ages 4 through 8 must wear a life jacket while in the swimming quarry

  • If instructed by a lifeguard or staff, an individual must wear a life jacket while in the swimming quarry

  • Once in a life jacket, an individual must wear the life jacket at all times in the swimming quarry (no exceptions)

  • Individuals must be able to swim on their own without assistance from another person

  • No dunking, pushing, running, rough play or horse play

  • Only United States Coast Guard approved life jackets allowed for weak and non-swimmers

  • Proper swim attire required

Diving Board

  • Only one at a time

  • Must wait for area in front of diving board to be clear

  • Must enter water straight infront of diving board (no entering from the side of the board)

Swing

  • Only one at a time

  • Must wait for area in front of the swing to be clear

  • No feet on the bar

  • Do not go upside down

  • Only swing out (no swinging back toward starting point)

  • No jumping off swing platform

  • No jumping/swinging over rails

Pools

  • No rafts/floats or inflatables of any kind

  • No diving

  • No Flips

  • No Running

  • Feet first entry only

  • Proper swim attire required

Slide

  • Only one at a time going down the slide

  • Must go feet first

  • Must go on your bottom

  • Must meet height requirements

  • Must get out of the yellow catch area quickly

  • Do not go down the slide if someone is in the yellow drop area of the slide

  • Do not catch those coming down the slide
